Ultimate Texas Holdem

With the rise of Texas Hold 'em poker in recent years, it made sense for the casinos to put a game together related to this. They did and called it Ultimate Texas Hold'em Poker! How does it work?  The player is required to place a bet in the blind bet box and the ante box. They can also place a bet in the bonus trips box, and we'll cover this off a little later. Once you have placed your bet, you are dealt two cards and the dealer also receives two cards. The player can then place a bet which is up to x4 his ante. After this, the dealer turns over three cards or the flop as it is known. After this is done there is another round of betting where the player can bet 2 x his ante bet. After this, the dealer will turn over the final two community cards and you can bet once again, but only 1 x your ante.

This is the betting complete, and the dealer now turns over his cards. If you beat the dealer and he has better than a pair, then you get paid on your play and ante bets. If you don't beat the dealer then you lose. If the dealer has less than a pair, you only lose the play/blind bet if beaten. The blind bet pays if the player has a hand which is better than a straight.

Finally the bonus 3 card bet pays if you have 3 of a kind or better and is better than that of the dealer. The game is ok, but not one of our favourite table games in vegas if we are honest.
